The strategic initiative developed by Vibes and the Blackhawks led to impressive results as more than 30,000 fans subscribed to the “Blackhawks Mobile” club in just over 12 months. Once the substantial opt-in database was established, the team began sending VIP offers such as discounted tickets and merchandise to its most loyal fans.
