You can use Catapult as a self-service platform (do it myself option). You can also have us log into Catapult and run your mobile marketing campaigns for you (do it for me). Or we can work together to execute your mobile marketing programs (do it with me). No matter where you are in mobile, we’ve got an account management option to meet your needs.
We do it all. We are responsible for strategy, content calendar development, program set-up, execution and campaign management, program optimization and reporting. We work with internal stakeholders to define a plan and then have formal meetings to review progress against goals and upcoming mobile marketing campaigns that align to larger marketing initiatives to ensure mobile compliments other marketing channels.
We combine forces and work together in a hybrid manner. Management and execution of mobile marketing programs is a shared responsibility with a collaborative approach. We work together to map out strategic and tactical responsibilities. Owners between our two teams can be flexible in how those activities evolve over time as your team becomes more advanced in mobile marketing campaign execution.
If you have the resources on your team, we will train them on how to use Catapult, our intuitive, Mobile Relationship Management platform. Access to our Customer Care Team for support, troubleshooting and questions is available 24/7/365 and included with your license. You can also access our Account Management Team on an as-needed basis up to a limited number of hours per month.
