  • Jack Philbin
    Jack Philbin, Co-Founder, President, and CEO

    Jack spearheads the company's overall strategic direction and drives Vibes' position as one of the premier thought leaders in the mobile marketing and wireless industry. Jack has been instrumental in building mobile marketing as a strategic marketing channel by proving its value to a range of clients, from wireless carriers, to agencies, to consumer marketers. An entrepreneur and builder, Jack has specific expertise in business development, strategic client management, and consumer marketing.

    Jack is a graduate of Boston College and received his MBA at Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg School of Management. He is extremely active in the mobile marketing industry, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Mobile Marketing Association Board of Directors, as well as serving on the CTIA Wireless Internet Caucus. Jack regularly addresses industry experts by moderating and speaking on panels at CTIA, MMA, CES, and AdTech. Jack was honored with the MMA's "Outstanding Individual Achievement" award in 2005. Under Jack's leadership, Vibes was ranked #92 on the 2007 Inc. 500 list of fastest growing US companies and has received numerous awards for their innovation.

    Jack serves on the Board of Directors for the National Runaway Switchboard, the Illinois Technology Association, as well as serving on the Mayor's Council of Technology Advisors for Mayor Daley in Chicago.

  • Alex Campbell
    Alex Campbell, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer

    Alex has dedicated the past decade to pioneering the mobile marketing discipline and educating clients on its value as a viable marketing solution. A leader and visionary, Alex's focus on how mobile marketing actually creates value for marketers has led to Vibes' double digit growth every year since 2004. Known throughout the industry for his candor regarding the state of mobile technology, Alex is a sought after speaker within the mobile and marketing circuits.

    Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has won a number of awards throughout his career, including Red Herring's Top 25 Tech Rebels, Crain's Business Chicago Top 40 Professionals under 40 and was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2009. Alex is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization of Chicago, the Chicago Economic Club and is also a board member of Junior Achievement.

  • Charley Cassell
    Charley Cassell, CFO

    As CFO, Charley's responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, financial operations and capital activities. Charley came to Vibes in June, 2008 with more than 15 years of experience managing strategic planning, revenue, budget management, direct sales, and financial analysis. Prior to Vibes, Charley held several senior positions at leading internet companies including Yahoo!, eGroups and Learning Insights. Most recently, Charley worked as the Director of Operations at Google - a position he arrived at through the acquisition of Feedburner, a Chicago-based internet company, where he was CFO.

    Charley holds an MBA from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

  • Julie Novack
    Julie Novack, SVP of Mobile Solutions

    As Senior Vice President of Mobile Solutions, Julie leads the client services, CRM, analytics and creative teams at Vibes. Julie brings over 17 years of digital marketing experience working with some of the biggest brands in the world such as State Farm, Kraft, 3M and JC Penney.

    Before joining Vibes, Julie held a number of leadership positions at Razorfish. After doubling the size of the Chicago office as the General Manager, Julie expanded her role to lead the agency's Experience and Platforms Group for the Central Region, overseeing more than 300 professionals. Before that, she was on the executive team of Agency.com for 10 years running its global sales, marketing and corporate strategy organization. In 2005, she earned her spot as the second in command at Agency.com, serving as President of North America. Julie started her career at First Chicago, now JPMorgan Chase, where she founded the internet group in 1994 and launched its first online banking website.

    Julie received an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.

  • John Haro
    John Haro, CTO

    As chief technology officer, John brings over 16 years of experience creating sophisticated technology solutions and setting strategic direction for leading technology companies and Fortune 500 brands. A passionate adherent to agile software development methods, John takes a pragmatic and user focused strategic approach to the Catapult™ Mobile Marketing platform.

    Prior to Joining Vibes, John was senior vice president of software engineering for iCrossing, managing the company’s product development organization. Responsible for the engineering and delivery teams for iCrossing’s technology platforms and business intelligence systems, John grew and restructured the product development organization to meet the rapid growth of the company leading up to its acquisition by Hearst in 2010.

    John spent seven years at agency.com, where he rose through the ranks to lead the agency’s technology consulting services as vice president of technology. There he worked extensively with companies like Motorola, HP, Miller Brewing and others. He began his career on the client-side, building custom technology solutions at Information Resources Inc. and AT&T. John received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University in 1995, writes and blogs on Agile and other topics, and was a presenter on software architecture at JavaOne in 2003.

  • Christine Schoeff
    Christine Schoeff, VP, Human Resources & Organizational Development

    As Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, Christine is responsible for the strategy and execution of Vibes' HR and Talent programs. Christine brings over 15 years of strategic HR and OD leadership experience to the Vibes' team. Christine is passionate about creating and sustaining performance cultures in high growth organizations and has led HR and Talent functions in multiple industries including Consumer E-Commerce, Professional Services, Advertising & Brand Consulting, and Financial Services. Christine has partnered with high performance teams within the US, Canada, and Latin America to achieve results during periods of aggressive growth and significant culture change.

    Prior to joining Vibes in December, 2008, Christine held leadership roles with The Development Institute, TicketsNow, and Millward Brown, North America (a WPP Company). At the Development Institute, Christine advised start-up business on successful HR and Talent strategies during critical growth stages. At TicketsNow, Christine built and managed a high performing HR function for two years leading up to and through the company's eventual sale to IAC's Ticketmaster. While at Millward Brown, Christine led an HR and OD team of 12 serving 14 offices during a time period of explosive growth in the company's history, including the management of 8 acquisitions and integrations.

    Christine is a published author on various talent management topics and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Administration and a Certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University.
