Why transactional mobile messaging?

It’s become very important for brands and organizations to engage their customers via mobile – especially for time-sensitive information that must reach consumers as soon as possible. Traditionally, informing consumers that their package has shipped or maintenance person is en route has required complicated, custom-built solutions.
