GOAL

Hibbett Sports wanted to drive new mobile subscription growth and in-store sales conversion during the peak holiday period.

EXPERIENCE

Vibes delivered a unique interactive mobile experience design that allowed Hibbett’s customers to “scratch” and reveal one of two mobile offers they could use in-store.

IMPACT
  • 99% of opt-ins visited the experience
  • 86% of engagers clicked on the reveal
  • 62% of those who clicked purchased after the reveal

Kwik Trip // Spin to Win

Increasing customer interaction with “spin to win” game

GOAL

Kwik Trip wanted to capitalize on its existing database of mobile-savvy customers and drive deeper customer interactions with a Super Bowl raffle.

EXPERIENCE

Kwik Trip customers played a “Spin to Win” game to win free items in-stores, and they were entered into a raffle for free Super Bowl tickets. Some customers also received gift cards as an additional incentive to engage with the brand. 

IMPACT
  • 42% mobile wallet install rate (benchmark is 30%)
  • 18.5% CTR (benchmark is 12%)
  • 86% of users played the experience

Redbox // Swipe

Attracting customers with a "prize of the day" mobile program

GOAL

During the 2016 holidays, Redbox wanted to take its popular “Days of Deals” program to the next level and give away daily prizes in addition to regular offers.

EXPERIENCE

Vibes developed an advent calendar enabling fans to text in daily and receive a link to the experience where, with the quick swipe of their finger, they could unwrap the prize of the day and enter for a chance to win.

Francesca's // Swipe

Growing a mobile database with discount reveal offers

GOAL

Francesca’s wanted to drive opt-ins to its mobile database while also engaging existing subscribers and driving sales during the peak holiday season.

EXPERIENCE

During the holidays, new and existing subscribers were targeted with reveal offers through social media, email and in-store, receiving either a “% off entire purchase” offer or a “% off full price dress” offer.

IMPACT
  • 22% growth in list over a 2 week period
