Amanda is a talent professional who has been in the HR and technology space for over 10 years. She currently serves as Director of Talent and Development at Vibes, a marketing technology company where innovation, creativity and excellence are the foundation of the culture. She is passionate about enhancing work cultures, building relationships with the employees serves and helping them to reach their full potential at Vibes. Previously, she spent over 4 years at Textura Corporation where she was manager on the Human Resources team and later lead the Talent Acquisition function. During this time, she received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP certifications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters Lily & Nora in the beautiful city of Chicago.
