Chipotle loves deploying text-to-win campaigns with Vibes, and they run them for all kinds of national campaigns. This year, however, they let Vibes know about a big concern that were seeing in which fraud bots were stealing all the “wins”, keeping them out of the hands of real Chipotle customers.
Because these campaigns have been so effective for Chipotle, Vibes immediately launched an extensive technical audit, and found that the bots were primarily coming from a few small carriers. Vibes then launched an active, ongoing process directly with Chipotle in which Vibes is alerted 48 hours in advance of a text-to-win campaigns, so that the Vibes operations team can suppress those carriers from participating, and even deliver a custom message informing them that their carriers are not eligible. This significantly reduced security fraud concerns, and greatly strengthened the Vibes and Chipotle relationship.
Stan Lucas, who helps build and execute broadcasts for Roses Discount Stores, had a great recent experience with Vibes customer success team. Two Fridays ago, he messaged Vibes with two urgent requests around mobile wallet setups within the message.
