Carrier Pass-through Fees

Nobody likes hidden fees, and let's face it: sometimes "bundled" pricing is just a nicer way of hiding something. Unlike other aggregators, Vibes believes in full transparency of costs, including clear delineation of what our customers are charged for, and which party is responsible for those charges. The fees listed below are exclusively Carrier-based messaging fees that are paid by Vibes to the Carriers, and then billed to Customer as direct pass-through costs.

Customers pay Vibes any applicable fees for each standard SMS, FTEU SMS, MMS or RCS Message delivered to or received from the Carriers listed below. These rates are subject to change by the Carriers. Customer may elect not to route messages to any of these Carriers. The Carriers reserve the right to collect their pass-through fees directly from the Customer. All pricing listed is in USD except for Canada short code.
